"From the first moment I met Liz she was professional and friendly. I wanted to make my living/dining room function and look right but I was unsure of what to do with it. There was an area of the room that was not being used at all and I didn't know how to include it without cluttering a corner. I also had quite a large coffee table that I wanted to keep even though others had told me it wouldn't work with the type of sofas I wanted, as it was too big. Liz came in and, after we went through what I was looking for, she gave me some initial suggestions and immediately came up with a new layout for the room that was literally the total opposite to what I previously had. With the new layout, all parts of the room were now being used, and it totally opened up the room, making it seem much bigger.

Liz was very proactive, and things started moving immediately. When I saw and approved the fabrics chosen for my pair of “conversation couches” and coordinating cushions and poof, I left it up to Liz to actually design them as I had shown her the general type I was looking for. I trusted her to make the final decisions on everything from paint colours to bespoke lighting and I was thrilled with how these, and other elements I consulted Liz on, all came together perfectly.

Liz kept in constant touch with me, and ensured the project was always moving. She was very supportive in all aspects of the project. She was reliable and creative and was always available if I had any queries or questions.

"Having a huge interest in interior design, I enjoyed overseeing the new development at Sandford Lodge transform from bare concrete to a very chic end product.  As manager, I worked closely with Liz throughout the extensive fit out of 114 apartments for up market rental together with the common areas, the management office and 4 coach houses.  Liz confidently made choices that sometimes seemed avante garde but it became clear that she knew exactly what she was doing as all elements fused together.  Everything has proven tasteful enough to be timeless and nothing has dated a couple of years down the line.
 
Liz dressed out the launch units with quirky touches that brought smiles to faces and created a wonderful launch atmosphere. A romantic theme linked from apartment to apartment.  There were long queues and the apartments were snapped up!
 
All in all, Liz puts her heart and soul into her work and her talents extended to naming the 7 houses of apartments, designing common area wall art to depict the name of each house and her flair with language meant that she could be called upon to even provide press releases at a moment’s notice.  She is reliable, dedicated and ‘up there’ when it comes to making design and quality choices in equal measure.  We continue to use Liz’s service and she is currently updating the look of the Merrion Road residences."
